bid @ won item of clothing, very low bid for an expensive item... lucky me?????? apparently not. Seller cancelled transaction saying she had `snagged` item so cancelled sale. There was NO request to do so as stated by ebay rules. l immediately requested a repeat invoice, as l was happy to `repair` fault. Seller ignored 4/5 emails, l reported to support centre, big f deal. No satisfaction whatsoever. So that is what l now write in their surveys... how useless they are, my only concellation was to leave neg feedback, which lost the seller their 100% rate, Why would a seller risk the perfect score for a few $$$ssss ???
Did the seller send an agreement to mutually cancel?
If they did and you agreed to it then there is nothing you can do.
If they have not sent it or you declined it then the sale was not cancelled.
You can still leave neg feedback to warn others seller does not complete sale due to low price and mark only ONE star for each of the DSR ratings.
Reporting them to ebay will get them a warning and possible selling restrictions. But you will not know what action will be taken.
