seller wont reply to my emails

payed for a item by paypal 5/10/13 t clear  on 11/10.13  so thats when the money went into sellers bank,sent 2 emails 4 tracking number on the 14/10/13 & 15 /10 still no reply wat now help.had same problem with a seller 4 same item never ended up getting,l think this maybe  same seller with a diferant account maybe wrong but its looking that way it identical listing and from wa thanks all

Way to early to be worrying yet.  Post form WA to the east cost takes onger for some reason.

 

Your funds only cleared 4 days ago, give the seller at least 2 weeks from the payment received date before you start any dispute.

 

If you think its the same seller as the last item, why did you buy from them?  Have you checked out the feedback before you purchased?  Was the photo the same one?  Why do you think the selelr is the same person?  Did you lodge an item not received dispute for the last purchase?

You need to give the seller a couple of days to answer your emails.

Many sellers do not mark items as posted so it may well be on the way, but even Express mail from WA takes a few days.

 

As for the item that you did not receive.....did you open a paypal dispute and escalate to a clai to get your money back?
