I just tried to check on my snipe tool and got this message:
"We have seen verification problems on ebay accounts that need to accept their user agreement. Please login to your ebay account and accept the user agreement, then you should be able to verify/update your PhantomBidder account. You may need to logout of eBay or you may need to sign into your ebay account using the incognito feature of Chrome or the private window feature of Firefox or IE to better replicate the way PhantomBidder would login to your account. "
I have no request from ebay to accept the user agreement, I have no problem placing bids manually. And I cannot find how to go about accepting user agreement again. Have no idea how to log in using private window. Any ideas?
