this is no good a returne item closed by mistake and cant be opend even when this item was returned.

Hi it semes that when we returned an iten Number:09-05402-44421 Wind turbine it got cloes by mistake and as we have sent this back we just carnt open the return again on this item and it now looks like we have lost our money and also do lot have this turbine.

so we are now  thinking that this has been set up just for the seller hoom has been runing us around the hill with all this

as this item was not as described so we have to find ways to destroy this seller as a bad seller. we also was forsed to get another turbine fron this seller hoping that it would be compleat but it is as the first one also has to be returned to seller so how can we reopen this return thing fo our refund. thank you

So you want to destroy a seller because you made a mistake and closed the dispute.....nice one!

Why did you buy a second item from the seller if you had a problem with the first item.

You cannot reopen a closed dispute.

You can open a dispute for the second item.....I suggest you read the rules before doing so and follow them instead of blaming the seller when your dispute fails because you have not followed the rules.
