i bought a ipod of REMOVED and i told them that i wanted to cancel the order as i wanted it for my granddaughters birthday and it wasnt going to be here in time.they wrote back and said that i couldnt cancel as you only have 48 hours to do it and that it already had been shipped.i looked up on my purchase and it said that it had been sent on the 29/1/19,but then this morning i checked and it says it got posted on the 4/2/19,and i wont be getting it til the end of the week.i dont know if there is anything i can do about this but its wrong for them to lie about the shipping.
