i dont know why but i have many people who is a troubler maker on ebay..
im a seller on ebay, and i got this customer which i can not name..
she buy from us same day. our handling time is 1 day, E.T.A is not till next week 31/7/2017. She is from sydney. she buy on 25/7/2017. got scan on 27/7/2017. . and we have post office driver come and collect each day from us. we ship her item via 500gram stachel bag, and we ship a alot each day inside a tub.
ofcourse the driver is not going to scan each item one by one, otherwise the driver will be there all day if he scan with each pickup he does for each store. The sorting deaprtment for satchel is in sunshine so all parcel will go there. all small enevlope goes to dandgenong for sorting letter, doesnt matter if your sending to someone down the street or same suburb. it still goes to the sorting department first before goes to your destination.
anyhow 2 days later it got a scan!! the seller she got upset and demand her goods and said :
I can see you finally sent the power supply late yesterday afternoon. (today is friday 28/7/2017). Well done. Had you mentioned you only post on Thursdays I could have made other arrangements.
I have an IT business and need to source parts for the Notebooks I set up and do minor repairs on.
I will not be buying any more parts from your company and will leave the appropriate feedback.
after i got that message my blood boil up 
... she didnt even pay for express postage which is just $5!!!!!! its include in the checkout and the ebay will include the E.T.A as well when it will arrive... either she can not read the print clearly or she wants to make trouble.
you think this is fair ?? i will definitely get a negative feedback from this crazy buyer.. she didnt pay for express postage and wants things super fast .. and ofcourse as a buyer we can not do anything about it than to ABSORB

If she wants it quicker either pay for express postage so it can be deliver by australia by AIR or normal post which is FREE travel by road. Or even better she can buy from a seller in sydney instead of melbourne.
