Have been trying for 4 months to return an item that was incorrectly described on E Bay. Seller agreed to refund if sent back which I did, cost $130, and the item just sat at the post office in Latvia and was eventually returned to me. Seller now says return period has expired, numerous messages but no satisfaction.
I gather you did not use eBay's MBG, and took it upon yourself to send the item back? Had you done so, the seller would have paid return postage, or just refunded you.
They have strung you along......
Did you pay by PayPal?
If so, you have 180 days to lodge a claim via them....but you will not get your postage back.
If you paid by c/c then you can contact your bank and do a 'chargeback'
You are way out of time to do anything via eBay
Why did you not use the MBG?
There would have been no issue
You are not covered by eBay if you choose not to use the tools you are given, within the time limit
