unclaimed paypal payment

Hello,

i have purchased an item from a new seller and paid by paypal

and the payment is stating unclaimed,is there something the

seller needs to do from their end? thank you for any help

It could be one of a few things.

If the seller has put a typo in the address it will not go through so ask them to check the details are correct. Send them a message with the address that shows in your PP account of theirs that the payment was made too.

It might be the seller does not have a PP account so they need to register the address you paid to, to their PP account.

Ask if they have upgraded their account to a premiere account as they can only accept 5 payments without doing that.
