Hi , Irecently brought an item from the USA using buy it now ,I tried to pay straight away but could not as a message came up in the paypal process saying i had to contact seller for a final invoice,this i did , after 4 days with no comunication from seller i recieve a message from ebay advising that an unpaid item dispute has been opened against me.At about the same time a new invoice is recieved from seller and the postage has increased from 23.13 to 44.95 dollars US.This is an increase of nearly 100% from that stated in the original listing.What do I do.Thanks Ken.
