what does status unclaimed & recipipient of this payment is unregisted on paypal mean? I have paid for the item 12 day a go now

Hi, I have bought a item 12 day ago now. my bank & paypal & a email all state the tranaction has happened. But the seller says she wont send item untill it clears. I looked on my paypal & it say staus unclaimed & recipippent of the payment unregisited. I have contacted seller to explain , no repose back from 2 out of 3 emails
