conivirus delays have caused my item which has not arrived to not be tracked and there seems to be no record tracible
How long after purchasing does this tracking expire please
It depends on the service used, and where the item is coming from. And where you are searching for the tracking.
I haven't noticed any significant delays in postage within Australia for quite a few months. From that I conclude you bought something from overseas. In the middle of a pandemic.
A lot of international mail was being sent by sea or held, due to few international flights. If it hasn't been 3 months, you will probably have to wait and hope. You would be out of time for an eBay dispute (30 days from last estimated delivery date) and Paypal only require the seller to prove postage.
Edit: That'll learn me to post Countess-length answers.
If it is Australia Post tracking you can ring them and get the tracking for up to 3 months easily but sometimes a lot longer than that.....especially if it is coming from overseas and has arrived in Australia.
I'm not sure that it does.....
When was item sent? If ages ago, contact A.P. and they will physically go looking for it....are you the buyer or seller?
Contact your seller.
The expiry varies for carriers.
