what to do if i paid for an item and the buyer isnt responding to me ?

hey i paid for an item and forgot to mark as paid. A week later i marked as paid and the seller opended a case saying i did not pay for my item. I also opended a case saying i had not received my item. I contacted the seller and explained how i had paid for it and gave them the times and date of my transaction. i even offered to show them the transaction receipt. the buyer hasnt responded to me in 3 days and i have messaged him all of these days. what should i do ? is there anyway to get my money back ?
