i collect diecast cars, bikes etc.most sellers sell at retail plus postage, or auction starting at 75% retail plus over the top postage. ie $12 for something that posts for $7. i see so many items go through sales, auction not sold. i know ebay charges plenty but as a buyer ebay is becoming a non event. sellers either put a price on it or have a genuine auction. if it's rare or good it will get the price you want, if it's not buyers will pick up what they think is a bargain.
