Hi, where the heck is the Resolution Centre? I'm trying to check progress of a claim but they keep moving the resolution centre.
I also noted that the item under claim has been removed from my Purchase List, so I can't check how much I originally paid for it.
Would appreciate any help a.s.a.p.
