After any chat with eBay chat, they will send you an eBay message that says "Customer Service Chat Transcript" in the title.
Yet the message or email doesn't actually contain any of the transcript in the message or as an attachment.
You can opt for a copy to be sent to your real email address, but that also doesn't have the actual transcript.
Weird.
