$10 VOUCHER CODE ebay acknowledging there is an "issue"

Just rang ebay to clarify what was the go with the voucher and there is now a recorded announcement that says something like:

.. we are aware that buyers are experiencing a problem with the voucher codes, we are currently working on this issue and apologise for any inconvenience....

fingers crossed its a simple glitch that is rectified soon ...

Well i have done my safe trading duty and approached ebay to request clarification and in that absence of any information from them makes sense - lodged a complaint. I encourage others do the same.
