Hi every one .
I bought an item. I gave a positive feedback, but i have not received a feedback jet at all and i have to say that the item i received has been damaged i presume due to postage hadling, any way i take the responsibility for the freight.. I think that i have done everething
to keep the peace in that deal, and i feel that i have done badly. It is important for me that i satisfy all parties involved.

Sorry for pressing the kudo button. Are you saying, you would like to retract the feedback you left ?

feedback can be unjustice the system is tilted towards the buyer and can be very unfair at times.Although the inventor of the system knows that.So just remember who is actually paying part of your wage Ebay.

I think it more appropriate if you send this message direct to the seller.

You know that you're not talking to eBay,right? This is a members board & eBay do not read it or care what you or anyone else thinks.

In future make sure the item is as described and not damaged before you rush to leave feedback.
Ask the seller politely if they will do anything for you (maybe a partial refund) and if they refuse you can still open a case for INAD but remember the positive will remain on the sellers account, you can not get it changed now.
And with regard to you not having received feedback yet, feedback is voluntary not compulsory, sellers may leave it once a buyer has paid, or once they receive feedback themselves, some even have it set to leave monthly.

Say what? That comment makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and I really don't think it has anything to do with the OP's issue.
