Did you mean:

A seller has cancelled items .

I agreed to cancellation of five items but my eBay summary is still showing these as "payment outstanding" despite telling me "item cancelled". How do I get rid of these??

A seller has cancelled items .

Apparently you have to 'archive' them.

You can archive the transactions or just leave them and they will automatically be archived in a few weeks.

Sellers have the same issue...

I have complained ('suggested') to eBay that once fully cancelled (seller and buyer both agree to cancel) then it should be deleted or automatically archived somewhere..

Probably fix it in the next 12 months or 2 years ...

Do you reckon?

I would think they have a lot more to break before they start to actually begin to think of fixing anything.Smiley Frustrated
