Accessing account credit.

I keep getting emails saying that my account credit will be deleted if I don't do something about it.  After many hours of trying, there doesn't seem to be any way of transferring this credit to my bank account, or even viewing it.  How do I access that money?

Are the emails genuine (also in your eBay messages)

Or if not, scam emails pretending to be from eBay? 

Unless I am mistaken, 'credit' can only be used towards eBay purchases 

What was the reason for you getting credit? (are you a buyer or a seller?)

Do you mean funds from something you’ve sold on eBay?

Those funds will not be disbursed unless you have signed up to Managed Payments and have both your bank account and your ID verified.
