After 45 days, seller <removed> don't answer any question, what can we do?

eBay seller <removed> is a swindler.

Don't trust this seller, this is a swindler. If you receive a wrong rubbish item or can't get anything, don't wait,
just open a refund case and leave your negative feedback straightway (within 45days of you purchase).
Don't trust him!!!.

My fault is choose to trust this bad seller, and wait to send the right item. Now, 45 days pased, no item was received and my question get no answer too, eBay even don't allow me to put in a negative feedback to this **bleep**ing seller and let others know this swindler.

You have 60 days to leave feedback, sometimes an extra day or two if you sign in on ebay.com
