Hello all,
I recently purchased an item, and the seller sent it through Toll couriers.
The toll tracking number claims it was delivered to me on the 18th of Nov, but it wasn't 😉
I contacted seller and told them. They got back to me just over a week later and said they had seen the 'proof' it was delivered to me, and asked if I knew anybody called 'Sarkan'.
I replied no, I have no idea who Sarkan is, it must have been delivered to the wrong address and asked if they could contact Toll and clear see if they can investigate. I waited some time for a reply, and upon getting no reply I opened a dispute in ebay.
Ebay has since decided for the seller stating 'there is signed proof of delivery to your address'.
I would dearly love some advice on what steps I should now take.

might not be same in your case , but some drivers steal items they can sell quickly.
always have items wrapped up plainly so they cant guess whats inside. Read the news about driver lying about delivering goods....it happens...

It doesn't happen all that often. If a driver is found out stealing the are sacked on the spot.
If you put in a complaint to a reputable courier comapny they will investigate thoroughly.

Misdelivery can happen with any courier, too. My address is not an easy one unless you know. Would signing a stat dec that the signature is not theirs, help the OP with any type of dispute or chargeback?

Your unhelpful answer to a 7 YEAR OLD thread is absolutely useless. The member you replied to has been passed away for some time. This same person had incredible knowledge regarding courier companies by the way.
If you have a problem start a new thread.
