Aus Post does it again

Seller posted parcel in Adelaide on the 11th Feb..Received in SA country ( 2 hours from Adelaide) on the 20th Feb ! It would have been quicker for me to go to Adelaide and pick it up and return ( 4 hour round trip) Anyone else top that ?...

I have had 2 parcels Posted in satchels over the last 2 years carded back to me for collection from the post office the next day after I [posted them.  Apparently they don't know the difference between TO and SENDER.  And to top it off on both they wanted to charge me again to post the items.

Really makes me wonder about the people they employ.

I have had a few RTS. Generally because I neglected to put an address on the front.

Having said that, I estimate 99% of what I post gets to the recipient in an acceptable timeframe. Given the feedback left and the lack of disputes.

After 5 years I would almost have to come to the boards to find out how to handle an INR dispute.
