Hi all any advice appreciated.
I purschased Pleo from China with 2 batteries both don't work so toy can't be charged or used.
I put in a dispute with paypal that item was faulty and now have been told to return to buyer who is de- registered. Paypal have provided address.
Went to post back and get tracking number but auspost say it is illegal to post batteries by air so it can not be returned so what should I do.
thanks

Phone paypal and explain the situation,if the seller is NARU they should allow you to dispose of and issue refund accordingly

You need to take the batteries out before posting. The fact the seller is deregistered is irrelevant.
I had same issue with returning a netbook as unable to post with the battery,so removed it & sent back to China via International Registered post-simple.

But its the batteries that need returning as they are the faulty part

I googled this toy and it seems to require specialised batteries

How come batteries are able to be mailed in, but not mailed out.....where's the security with Aust Post...?
or China Post for that matter. They could send ANYTHING in the mail & get away with it by the sounds of it.
