I bought a battery from the above seller in May this year. It didn't arrive after a month.
I contacted them, gave them my shipping address, and they were sending another one,
nothing arrived and this is August. I cannot put in dispute, because it is more tha 45 days.
I cannot contact them, because I have no listing now.
Nobody wants to know. Nice little earner for someone!!

It is clearly stated in several places during the Paypal payment proceedure that you only have up to 45 days to make a claim so I have to wonder why you did not do so just because a complete stranger pulled the wool over your eyes making false promises.
Your only hope is that you funded the payment with a credit card and it is under the cut off period to start a chargeback.

Phorum Junkie,
I had to reason to doubt this seller,I have had many items from Ebay all over the world,
and never been done before.S,when the second battery didn't arrive the 45 days were up.
Tough luck for me.Thank you for your comments.
