Just had to let you guys know I purchased an egg chair from Acastleturf. They would have to be one of the best sellers I have dealt with. Purchased and paid for chair at 10am, they delivered it to my son-in-law's workplace at 2pm free of charge. I think they deserve Ebay's Award for Great Service if there is such award. I think people should be made aware if you come across a great seller that's the reason for this post.

What's with rocks and glass houses MrDave. Had a good experience with a seller and yes I know what feedback is for and it doesn't hurt to give credit etc. Have noticed that you have 10 after your name and I have 406.
Its called a siggy-most of us regulars have one.

Hi Freightcar, No feedback has been given yet as this is a birthday present, and my kids will not let me have it until Tuesday. Its has wrapping around but I still had a little look. On Tuesday feedback will be put in for the seller. My comment was made about the way the seller conducted his ebay business not on the product. An Egg Chair is .....glass of wine, good book (not from MrDave) and a sit in a Egg Chair ........not a bad birthday present.

I didn't get one for my first sale,?:|
Which was super quick as they went to the bank and paid for the item and then return home.
As they got home the postie had just been and left them the parcel.
Their feedback was: couldnt get here quicker a+a+a+a+,(now that's service),]:)
BTW; Whats an eggchair
It now mostly a chair that's shaped like an egg,(with part of the shell removed) ]:)
The original was by Arne Jacobsen,(which didn't look like an egg like most of the current ones).

This is your opinion MrDave...The Board is a place where people can express their experience on Ebay good or bad and for other to comment or help also I think its a way to improve Ebay. To buy a piece of furniture from a Ebay Company and have the sale completed in 4 hours is fantastic and at the end of the day its nice to give people credit for a great job.
I suggest you try it sometime........it make you feel good!!!!!!!!!!!!

To Sparklz......I totally agree........a lot of people here should try it sometimes. I get sick of people complaining all the time.

Mr Dave, Yep, totally agree, but remember MrDave sellers really need buyers with 406..... otherwise byby MrDave, no ebay business.

To Go Tass, you poor thing, see, you didn't sell to the right person, and wouldn't it be nice for someone to have said thank you for a great service. How cool are egg chairs (not a bad birthday pressy from my 39,37 & 35 year old kids)........ See MrDave 60 on Tuesday with 7 yrs Ebay experience not bad "a"

But unless you're 80+ I doubt you're qualified to address me as child.
Then stop acting like one and grow up... It’s nice to hear positive thoughts and hear about a seller who goes above and beyond what is expected to give great customer service.
Why get offended by it and give everyone a hard time just for the sake of creating an argument.
FYI here is the dictionary definition of a CHILD:
an immature or irresponsible person: she’s such a child!
a person who has little or no experience in a particular area: he’s a child in financial matters
Now tell me that your reaction towards this forum doesn’t put you in these categories.

Freightcar......glad you agree .....and I'm only 59yrs and 363days old so maybe I shouldn't have replied to Mr. Dave. Have a great day.

I agreed with you from the start ... We need more pats of the back.
I just didn't understand how come you hadn't told the seller how great they were as this is where you feedback does the best work for them.
You explained this and your reasoning was very understandable...
I was looking for the feedback so I could have a look at what they sell and see it it was things I could use.
