Bought laptop via GSP - 2 packages?

Hello,

I bought a laptop via the Global Shipping Program, and I don't why, but it shows that I'm waiting for 2 packages.

The laptop is only in one package, so why is that? There is no information about package #1. Package #2 arrived yesterday to the global shipping center.

maybe they stuffed up and sent 2 intead of one...

I talked with the seller. He Sent the laptop in a brand new original package (only one package of course).

I had something similar happen some time ago......I had 2 tracking numbers for a pair of earrings but they ended up arriving in the one small package.

It could be that the Laptop is arriving in one carton, AND the Laptop Battery is arriving in a second  carton due to its material, and Customs Requirements ?

My package arrived to the global shipping center on September 29.

How much time until I'll see a progress in the process (or - when it will be shipped to my country?).

That is only 2 days ago......give them a chance to process the paperwork and get it on it's way.

It may take a few days but the tracking is very conprehensive....you will soon know when it is handed to FedEx.

That is not unexpected....it is a laptop and contains a battery.

It is better if it is never shipped than to be shipped and confiscated by Customs.

If Customs grabs it you will not get a refund but if Pitney Bowes makes the decision not to ship you can at least get a refund even if it takes a while.
