Please give as much information as possible when buying from them, even if your information is correct. As some ebay seller wreckers claim to be exactly concise in there description on what they sell and give the ilusion of knewing everything about your model. REMOVED on ebay aussie is a good example as they do not do returns or refunds. Paypal simply uses a recording and link refering you back to ebay who sent you there in the first-place. Who again just refer you back to paypal, bureaucracy at its finest!!
