Camelbak didn't come with the bladder

Hi Helper-Elves,

I have received the item I purchased, unfortunately the Camelbak didn't come with the bladder even though the listing (133265326990) said Camelbak Charm Hydration Backpack.

OK, perhaps I should have asked as the piccies didn't show the bladder but I feel the seller should have said in the listing that there was no bladder, the item did say Camelbak Charm Hydration Backpack.

I have contacted the seller and she said return it and she'd give me my $5.50 back but the postage was $10 so $15.50 all up which is about par-for-the-course for 2nd hand 1.5L hydration packs.

What should I do?

Thank you in advance,

A

I look at it the same way I would something that requires batteries to work, but the batteries aren't necessarily supplied with the item. If a lot of sellers made a point of saying the batteries are included as part of the purchase, that would indicate to me that they aren't necessarily considered as standard, so anyone who lists a secondhand one without stating there are batteries shouldn't be accused of saying the item isn't complete. Just because the item won't work without the batteries doesn't mean they should automatically be supplied as part of the deal.

You're right about not using a secondhand bladder, padi. Maybe the seller just assumed nobody would want it and therefore didn't include it.
