Can a buyer cancel a transaction then relist the same item with a higher postage price

I recently purchase an item for $85 with free postage only for the seller to send a message saying the item was damadged and they rerfunded the amount paid. However the seller then relisted the item with $100 postage rate. What a joke What can i do about this seller..

Was it a new seller ??

If so, I would give them the benefit of the doubt, and let it go, they will be paying fvf for a non sale so that will cost them.

Iif not a new seller I would  leave them negative feedback - Seller would not honour sale - later relisted with higher postage to warn others.

They will have to pay double fvf fee's unless they send you a MC, and if they do so, unless they are new,  I would not agree to it.
