I recently purchased 3 Disney items for my daughter from a seller in the US
(#141095128966) - I sent them an email and asked them if they could combine postage.
The seller replied -

Unfortunately we can't send you an invoice for this purchase, this because for all our international sales we are using the eBay global shipping program, that means that ebay itself handles all the shipping process, documentation and shipping fees. And It Seems that at this moment eBay does not allow to combine the shipping.

So I thanked the seller as said that I would just pay for the item/s and shipping as listed at the time I purchased them via ebay - but went I went to do so I discovered the following message on the payment page -
One or more of the items below cannot be purchased because the seller has not specified postage costs to the location selected.
I am not sure how to proceed from here? This is the first time I have encountered this issue ...
