Sorry but that is not really enough information for anyone to be able to help you.

 

Who sent the message?

Have you contacted the seller about the missing parcel?

Did you open a dispute in paypal and did you escalate it to a claim?  If so, when?

 

If it is only a month since you made the purchase then you have not lost your money yet, but you do need to take some sort of action.
