China/HK items sent from philipines - slow post

Have been buying small electronic hobby modules from HK, CN for years.

Lately  I have been getting a lot of verrry slow postage 50+ days & some longer.

The common factor that I notice is the small packet is posted from Philipines & not China or HK as indicated on the listings.

Many have address label over original label. Orig label has date & tracking No. that match order.(but no sender address)

(Have had some items refund  & +70 days  from order received item.)

Considering that the Philipines is closer than China/HK you'd think that it would get to you faster.

I guess the warehouse sending stuff out is bulk shipping to PH then they sort & resend (probably why label over label)

I bought two items from China/HK 6 weeks ago and they have not arrived yet, which is quite unusual. I had already given them up, but after reading this thread if they do arrive I will check where they come from. In the past, items from China occasionally did not arrive, but 2 out of 2 (different sellers) has never happened before.
