I am wanting to purchase a swarovski crystal from Ebay.

Have requested  more pictures from seller on x2 occasions.

This request has been repeatedly ignored, which leads me to possibly believe the item is fake

And also a possible scam, how do I contact ebay mangers about possible scammer

Confirming authenticity of an item.

Unless you have proof that the item is fake then you can't report it. That said there are many fakes on eBay Swarovski crystals amongst them.

Confirming authenticity of an item.

If unsure, just don't buy.

Where is the seller REGISTERED? (not where the item is located).

If seller is in China, for sure it will be fake.

Can you give us the item number so we can take a look?

There are a billion items for sale on Ebay at ay one point, and it would be impossible to authenticate everything. The system relies on buyers doing their due diligence, including looking at a sellers feedback to see what type of responses they get from buyers.
