The tracking number said my item was delivered at 11:15 today. It wasn't delivered here, but the Auspost guy turned up at 13:00 with two items, neither of which was the one. I contacted Auspost on line with the details. I'm assuming it went to the wrong address. It hasn't happened before. Who takes responsibility and who do I claim from? Thanks.

It may be an obvious question but have you looked behind the garbage bin?

It was a large envelope stuffed with free samples that was left there and I picked it up within seconds of it being left. No other item was there. The mailman actually left that but didn't knock on the door.
