Just contact them through ebay....use the advanced search at the top of the page.

Did they have any business details on the paperwork with your previous purchase? If you paid by PayPal check what name was used in the PayPal transaction.
You can request their contact details through eBay. From Advanced Search select Find Contact Information and enter the item number of your purchase.
If they're not responding to your emails about a previous purchase try sending an Ask a question email on one of their pickup only items and ask for the pick up address.

Good luck with contacting them. They are thieves. Do not ever buy anything from them. I bought solar panels which were not Austarlian compliant, they accepted that and paid for a courier to collect them for a refund. No refund as yet and legal action pending.
Feel free to contact me for further information. Shop elsewhere in the meantime.

I also have tried legal steps to no avail.CTTT ruled for me but 24/7 ignores finding. At least I did not fall for returning wrong panels so have a bit back.
