Hi all,
I had a very bad experience (I think is from Hong Kong). I bought from him a "Body anti-cellulite masager". He sent me an used one , the charger was not the original one and could not make good contact with the base in order to charge the unit. The charging plug was twisted as well, showing signs of previous usage ...
I contacted the seller, and after 4-5 messages where he pretended that he does not see what the problem was, agreed to send another one. he was just buying time, and I am still waiting for the item. He does not respond to my messages.
DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS at all and if you have problems with ,Removed>, contact E-bay stright away, as <Removed> will just buy time untill the period for lodging dispute expires.
E-bay should make the periood for disputes longer, as it should protect buyers as well and as Ebay is aware of the strategies of the dishonest sellers ...

Buyers should be aware of the time limits for disputes. If you pay with Paypal you are explicitly told that the time limit for disputes is 45 days.
End of story.
If you allow yourself to be strung along past that, that is really your issue.

If it is any consolation then the one that does not work will probably be just as effective as one that does!
