Does anyone suffer a significantly delay recently?

Hi all, 

Item has been stuck in the Melbourne facility since last Thursday 26/03/2020. Given the situation of the COVID-19 outbreak, it is still very unusual though, in the old days Mel to Adl only took a day or two to arrive. Base on all this, my parcel might be lost during the transition highly likely. I totally understand this had nothing to do with the seller and my cover would be covered by eBay??

Yes you are right, technically the contract is between Australia Post and the sender (seller in this case),  I know Auspost will often talk to either but if they want to they can tell the recepient to go away.

A lot of sellers are just slack and tell the buyer it's their responsibility, which is false.
