I’ve recently was refunded to a non-existing older credit card which I had removed from my account but somehow eBay has still refunded me to that card.
My problem is I have tried to find a way to actually speak to someone about it and I’m just going around in circles, going nowhere!.going nowhere!.Any advice appreciated thank you
I need to notify a person? Can anyone help me here? Thank you

Refunds always go back to the funding source

Obviously using the same options with the help bot will always produce the same result.
If you don't want to stay stuck in a loop, try changing up your input. Doing so will produce a different result.
You need to tell the bot whatever it is that you're trying to achieve. If you want to interact with a human, type in "speak with agent".

As a buyer or a seller ?
As a seller, refunds would generally go to your eBay account, to be offset against other selling fees
