Hi just logged in to pay for an item won and found that I had been hit with a seller charge of 21.95 over and above what I won the item for plus postage I.e. Winning bid was $15 postage was $6.95 then invoice had a seller charge of $21.95. No where in her listing did she state about this extra charge so am wondering if she is able to charge this on top - happy to pay for the item and quoted postage but not willing to pay the unadvertised fee. Never seen this before
They can only do this if they are going to provide an extra service like express or insured or something, otherwise no they can't just increase the postage. Let them know that.
