Feedback times on ebay .com. au is not long enough

i bought a item which did not arrive ...so i did not get to leave the Feedback  ..cause the time..  ran out..seller   said.. had no tracking no ..and said.. it is taking time.. these days

I would suggest you stop buying from overseas if you have such a fixation with leaving feedback. At least until things return to 'normal'.

It has been amply demonstrated that most buyers don't care, nor do almost all sellers. You're on a hiding to nothing.

And 'should' should been defined in the context of 'people have been shoulding you all your life'. Take your concerns to eBay. Or realise that the world and logistics are a much different place to 13 years ago.

I would have thought that after nearly 19 years on eBay you would have realised by now that the only change to feedback is from a neutral or neg to a positive, not from a positive to a negative.

Out of interest, how many times have you actually been unable to leave feedback because of it timing-out ?

In my case it has been less than a handful in 12 years. (ie, less than 5, probably 2 or maybe 3). 

A salient point is that the vast majority of sellers don't sell for feedback, or even care overly about it so long as their sale satisfies the customer. I didn't see any sellers outraged about the 60 day limit in this or the other thread about this, and only a few buyers that have leapt upon your bandwagon over it.

To padi*0409 and davewil1964, there are a few things in both of your posts I won't biother replying to because they're just ....  well .... doesn't matter.

One of the reasons I am here is becuse there are other people besides myself that would benefit from a restoration to 3 months TTLFB. There are a lot more than you attempt to portray.

You seem to have a lot of issues you don't have time to address.

You claim to be a proxy for other members. 75 million? That's what would be the tipping point.

You claim a toxic culture, I claim answering actual questions. Something you seem to be reluctant to do.
