The design of voucher is not user friendly. User has to manually apply for the voucher which should be applied automatically. I have forgot to apply the voucher for a few times and paid higher price. The more frustrating thing is there is no where I can contact eBay requesting reimburse the voucher value. If anyone knows how to fix this problem (forgot to apply voucher), please kindly share your methods.
Thanks.

If it's a seller voucher, it is nothing to do with eBay.
If you forget to apply a voucher, that's on you.
Nothing to do with eBay or the seller.
Pay attention.

There are quite a few other sites, not just ebay, where you have to manually enter a discount code or voucher.
And yes it can be a bit annoying if it is a site wide sale eg 20% off everything (not talking about ebay here) as I sometimes wonder why it can't just be applied automatically.
But other times, discounts are available only for specific categories or if you follow specific guidelines.
There is no method I know of where you can fix the problem if you neglect to apply the voucher, or not on ebay. They won't reimburse the voucher value. I don't know of any site that would do that. If you want to use the voucher, you will need to buy something else. and remember to enter the voucher details at the time of purchase.

Just pay more attention in future.
coupons are users’ responsibility.
Believe me or not, eBay or any other websites will love to hear about missing the coupons as it will increase the chance of buyers re-engaging into the sales again

You forgot, live with it and move on.
Vouchers should be manual, a user may not have wanted to use it for that purchase, and if it was automatic, they would be on here complaining it was used.
Take some personal responsibility. there is a short supply of that at the moment

I wish eBay would have vouchers I could actually use!
No I don't want to sign on to eBay Plus to use one.
No I don't want to use Afterpay to use one.
No I don't want to use Google pay (or whatever it is) to use one.
...and I most definitely don't want to buy a smartphone to sign up for the app to use one.
How about eBay getting off their collective backsides and offer a voucher to customers who spend on the site....without needing gimmicks.

Not sure if you have noticed with 99% of vouchers accross any selling platform, shops, etc, they are all geared to either get you to sign up for something, hand over your email address, spend mega dollars, or some other gimmicky thing. Why should Ebay be any different.
Just because the voucher doesn't suit you

There was a time (years ago) when they had days with 5-10% off sitewide (sometimes even more), for example for their birthday in September (but not only ). I guess you remember those nice times.

eBay often run multiple promos concurrently, and now sellers can send out store-specific codes too. You either have to tick a box, or enter the code manually, because you can only apply one (actually not sure if it will let you apply an ebay and a seller code at the same time, but you can definitely only use one eBay code), so having a discount apply automatically means you can't choose which is the best voucher to use. Not to mention it would mean it'd apply on any eligible transaction and then we'd get lots more "I didn't want to use it on that particular transaction" threads posted here.
That's the same reason a lot of sites don't do automatic discounts, or if they do, it's only every now and then - I currently have an automatic discount set up on my site, but it means if it applies to an order, they in fact can't use any voucher code at all. This can be a problem if I've given someone a unique discount code for some reason that's a better discount than the auto one.
Also, the way ebay's discounts work, there would be no way they could provide a "forgot to use a voucher" system of compensation. When an eBay code gives you $X off a purchase, the purchase price itself is not actually discounted, the seller gets the full, original asking price as a payment, it's just co-funded by eBay, so what are they supposed to do? Just pay you $X instead? Give you an extra voucher for forgetting? (I guess a lot more people would become very forgetful if they started doing either of those, lol, nice way to rack up some additional discounts).
