MY OPTION IS AVOID OR DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SELLERS USING  GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM 3rd party PITNEY BOWES

FIRST OF ALL EXPENSIVE  u can do you own math ,is more efficant  and economical to send by traditinal usps mayjority of international buyers do not need customs clearance for items bought

SECONDLY takes longer to be deliverved due to their company b/s seller sends to pb takes around 5 days plus to send to next delivery handler takes so many days then the send it takes between 8 days plus ? then comes next company depending what country u live maybe take 2, 3,4 , weeks if not lost on way to buyer PLUS TRYING TO TRAK THIS ITEM IS LIKE A NITEMARE. USPS TAKES 10 TO 12 DAYS IF NOT EARLIAR do your math

THIRDLY if problems do arise god help u first contact seller next ebay next paypal next PITNEY BOWES  next shipping service

and the wheel keeps on turning.

For heavy/bulky items it can be cost effective. A lot of US sellers wouldn't ship OS without it.

It might be a revalation to you, but there have been innumerable threads about this since it was introduced, so I doubt you are telling anybody who rgularly uses the boards anyhing they don't already know.

And 'bold' is not necessary.

I agree, It is the biggest rip off with ebay in our present time. I have decided to also avoid US sellers that think they are the GODs of sellers. I have asked multiple sellers for a better deal. When they say they won't use other ways of posting, I simply avoid them, good luck losers. Relist your items forever and pay ebay their fees. So short sighted but itr's their loss. Hopefully they will wake up soon. Maybe the matrix is real??????????????????????????????????
