Has anyone else had bad dealings with <Removed>?

I have been trying to get a refund from <Removed>  some time. I purchased a dvd and it wasn't until I paid that it showed up the seller was away. I have purchased the same dvd from another seller and got it straight away. I asked the first seller to cancel my order and to please refund my money. I have had no response to my message. I have now sent several messages over the days and still no response. This seller has got a lot of unhappy customers and I have now contacted Ebay. They are trying to contact this Seller.

Lets hope the seller hasn't passed away.

It has happened before and takes family members some time to find their account and resolve outstanding matters.

 

If you don't get a response soon, perhaps open a case for Item not received.

Did the message that they were away say when they would be back? Maybe they're still away? If the date mentioned has passed, and you still can't get hold of them in another week, then as suggested, open a not received dispute.

No recent action, bad FB%, heaps of negs, open INR now in paypal

Has anyone else had bad dealings with <Removed>?

Was looking at their account earlier because they are a competitor of mine. The huge amount of negs are all recent. It deadset looks like the account has been abandoned 😕
