You have been ripped off as many of us lately with many different sellers. I just had to cough up extra money for items shown but not supplied as pictured, happening more and more and time to leave some bitter tasting feedback I say.

A search shows one item which does not have bulk in the title but in the description, if that is the seller the pic is only of one so with their record I would have checked with them first if I thought I would get more than one (not that I would have touched them with a bargepole)
Looking at their feedback with 147 unhappy buyers in the last year I think you should be surprised you received one working item!
You can try a Paypal dispute but given the fact there are more indications that it is for one item than the one mention of bulk I don't give much for your chances plus of course by the time you return it with fully trackable delivery should you win you willl not be anywhere near whole again and will still have to buy another battery.

Now the seller is saying the mention of Bulk Pack in the listing is because they order it in bulk! Why would they need to put that in the description?
They wouldn't, unless the batteries are bulk packaged and then removed from that packaging in order to sell singularly, but in that case it would be much wiser (for the seller) to clarify and explain exactly what each term is referencing. Or, at the very least, an extra word between X3 and the "bulk pack" phrase. i.e. "...X3 (From Bulk Pack)"
Although I can definitely see and understand why someone would be under the impression the listing is for 3 batteries, and think the seller should update their description to remove all doubt, any dispute is likely to be a bit iffy (just in my opinion, which has no influence over PayPal at all), primarily because the title was for 'Battery' (singular), and X3 is a model compatible with that battery.

Righto, it might not be cost effective to have to send it back or fight paypal but for sure I would give negative feedback.
Bulk pack means more than one.
If they mean they buy in bulk, then what they should be writing in the listing is unpackaged, or not in a cardboard box, if that is the case.
If it is packaged normally then why would you need to know how they buy? I presume any regular seller is buying in bulk, how else would they have plenty of the same stock?
Give him the red dot, explain exactly why in the description part.
It obviously won't bother him as it sounds as if he has lots of negs but it may save other buyers.
