Hi, I bought a gps tracker 2 months ago, and it has never worked properly for more than a few days. Ebay and seller said I could return it, but now the seller claims I have marked the item as sent, and there is only one label per request. Ebay has lots of signs telling me they are here to help, but this is the only place I can leave a message. How do I engage directly with Ebay please, their process via the web isn't helping.
