Hi I bought a product in December 2014 and it is faulty. I have contacted the seller on the same email address.
The gentleman responded telling me a story that the original seller is no longer the owner but he gave me a mobile to contact.
THis number is an overseas number and not local. He continues to tell me it is a local number but it is not he won't assist me at all.
If the original seller has left how can the same email be used .
THis is his message he sent me Can you please assist me I am frustrated.

7 months. That's even outside eBay's Money Back Scam Guarantee. Not a lot you can do at this point. Publishing email addresses and phone numbers on a public board is not advisable.

This answer will probably not help you with the faulty item (a Nutribullet?) , but it may pay you to ring eBay (or get them to give you a callback) via the "help and contact" button the top of the page and ask to speak to a supervisor, because under normal circumstances an eBay business cannot be onsold to another person (for precisely the reason that problems can occur in the future as with you). They may help you with your problem (doubtful) but even if they don't they should be made aware of an eBay ID being onsold.

I would be willing to bet the poster thought he was talking direct to ebay & this was an official helpline for those having problems after having bought something. That's why he included all the details.
