Hi there, I'm just wondering if "Live Help" still exists?

I am having problems with sending a "request total" message to a seller,message reads "sorry we are unable to send your request at the moment" I tried yesterday morning & just now, but nothing has changed,There used to be a link to "Live Help" is LH still in existence , or has it gone kaput?

Top left of screen is a customer support tab.

go in there and click on "conmtact us"

the follow the prompts and make a selection to get you to a few different contact options.

In the mean time, maybe consider PMing your seller and request a combined invoice that way. Just let them know you've finished shopping for now.

Hey there diamond, I,m ok,been busy tho, I have just got my cert 1 in Horticulture, & going on to Gardening,Sustainability & landscape design..Benn breeding Australian Brown Tree Frogs & growing plants for my local councils parks & wetlands, so it keeps me busy, esp being in & out of hospital too! Did you manage to find your way to live help or contact ebay? (we have to stay on topic a bit so the Mods don't get antsy LOL) I'm not sure if that's what it;s still called, but I think it is the same function.

No I don't think Live help does exist, just kept going round in circles, will PM seller 2morro, shes pretty good,

Naji is 16 years old now & going great guns! he takes no notice of the frogs, he does not even worry my budgies or Mango (cockatiel) who is out of his cage more often than not.. they both sit with me, & theres no probs!!

Live help is called chat with us, 7am to 11pm.

You get to it through customer support top right, then contact eBay, say what you need, and you get options like phone, email and live chat.

Live help (Chat with us) doesn't appear to show for all sub categories.

Pick your main category under Contact eBay (Buying, Selling, My account) then closest applicable

sub topic. Sometimes you might have to click on another topic where the chat option does show

up. There has been the odd occasion I have had to do this because calling them was not an

option. The 'chat staff' were still courteous and helpful even though I had to go in under the

wrong topic.

The best way in your case is to go to Customer Support > Contact eBay > hover over Buying and select
