Hello
If I have received a refund for an item that did not arrive, how do I pay for it again if it finally arrives much later?
It's not the vendors fault that the delivery was late as it was mailed out on time.
Thank you

If paid by PayPal just go inot your PayPal account and you can pay them from there. just reverse the refund.

Omg can I just bottle you? Not all buyers would be so honest. The same thing happened to my sister once who trusted the seller, had bought lots of patchwork fabric from them prior, but simply didn't receive the fabric so was ultimately happily refunded. It eventually arrived. She offered to pay the seller (who can invoice directly) but the seller told her not to worry. But the seller can send a payment request through p/pal if required

And don't forget to turn your NBN off for 15 minutes, run your virus scanners, and then switch to windows edge, which comes with microsoft 10. That fixes EVERYTHING, including trying to work out how to reverse a refund.
I had to reverse a refund after 3 months when the item eventually arrived. I just sent it to the seller via their PayPal email address. I didn't see an option to reverse a refund, but it was a few years ago now. I think I sent it as a payment to family and friends, as back then, you didn't get hit with fees for family and friends. I'm pretty sure they've closed that loophole now.
Edit: Brer, I wouldn't do that, because then the seller gets hit with fees for an item they haven't really sold. That is unfair on them, especially as they already paid fees on the original item that never arrived.
