eBay do, however, have criteria for sellers, so I suspect your seller hasn't overstepped the threshold.
A few details - ones that don't identify the seller or use item numbers might help. A C&P of a listing title will usually do the trick. That allows members to have a look and try to decide if your very vague complaint has any standing. Or a remedy.
