How can I bring up my purchases that have been deleted

Hi all, I need to get the item number of an item I purchased several months ago, but I have deleted it from my archive. The item is faulty so I need the details to open an Ebay case. Not too sure if I can do this, or how to. Many thanks.

As far as I know, you're not actually able to delete items from your archive (I can't delete them from mine, anyway).

If you click on Purchase History, you're shown a list of recent purchases (from up to the last 60 days), and they can be archived from there, but you should be able to access all transactions older than 60 days by ticking the Archive box - by default the archive should display all 2013 purchases.

The only other way I know is by checking any emails you may still have (from eBay or the PayPal receipt if you paid that way).
